Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

The best springs I've ever used. Springs ware over time... if your tremolo wont stay in tune put these on. I've been dive bombing a tremolo since the 80's and in my humble opinion DiMarzio is the way to go.

A little tight fit for Squier

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

I have a Squier Strat Custom and the Tremolo was a little slinky so I got these to stiffen in up a bit. The springs are a little bigger and heavier gauge than the stock Squier springs. The cut on the end of the straight part that goes into the bridge needed to be smoothed out to fit. Once I did that, they barely squeezed in. They do fit though, and it does tune notably easier now.
Might not be the best bet for a Squier...not sure if MIM or MIA Strats have bigger holes...

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

thicker guage coil, better when switching from 10-46
guage string to cobalt 10-52 strings. Won't let bridge lift, but maked temelo bar real tense.

        Did the trick

        By

        from Texas

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

Great product, will be keeping an extra set on hand.
Way better springs thasn the stock Fender's in my Strat. Easy to install. Got my tremolo back under control.
Heavy duty, a little squeeky but I'll fix that with a little foam.
Maybe a little on the pricey side, but I believe I got quality I paid for so really can't say much. My guitar is fixed and it wasn't a complicated operation I couldn't do myself with my Cruztools kit.

Won't fit in LR Baggs X-Bridge Block

        By

        from Rochester

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

After installing my LR Baggs piezo, I found these will not fit in the LR Baggs X-Bridge Block - they're to fat to go in the holes. I compared them to my standard Fender springs and found they are indeed fatter than normal. Why's that DiMarzio?

        they work

        By

        from Rogers MN

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

The bridge on my strat was being bent upward by my strings because the springs that came with it were REALLY bad. So I put 3 of these ones in it and now there is nothing wrong with the bridge.

        Works great

        By

        from Michigan

Comments about DiMarzio Tremolo Bridge Tension Springs:

I bought these to replace the cheap springs on my first guitar which had a tremolo that never returned to the right tuning. After installing these and adjusting the bridge a little, my trem has a much firmer feel to it and it comes back in tune perfectly every time. Worth every penny.
