Five stars as a low price beginner instrument.
I bought this for my son to learn on in school band. I have other saxophones to compare it. This was a good instrument for my son. It plays consistently throughout the range, feels solid, intonation is good. Price was on par with renting for a year, and quality is acceptible.
It already survived a drop. I had to adjust the octave key slightly afterwards, and now has a dent. Construction seems solid.
The case feels light and cheap.
Seems on par with the Bundy II I learned on. Keywork is probably a little better, and metal seems a little thicker.

A terrific bargain I am a saxophone teacher and always seek the best for young students. this is by far the best for young students or as backup horn for instructor
