I haven't received my catalog

I requested a catalog a while ago, yet I still haven't received one. When should I expect a new catalog to arrive?

All catalogs are sent out at the same time, usually about once per month, near the beginning of the month. New catalog requests are filled at that time. You may also want to contact customer service at 1-800-449-9128, or email us to verify that we have your name and mailing address information correct.
