For the money invested these are the best value I have come across. The shape of the pick makes it easy to hold on to while playing. The material they are made from is high quality - it doesn't split, chip, or crack easily. I've put quite a few miles on these picks and have no complaints.
The shape makes them easy to hold on to when playing. Unlike other picks I've used I don't hear the pick against the strings.
The plastic used in the making of these picks is sturdy enough to withstand anywhere from light picking to heavy strumming. They don't split or crack easily.
For the price I paid I haven't been able to find a better value. As a member of a family with a dozen or so guitar players we go thru a lot of picks. I actually bought a bunch for Christmas presents! As long as these picks are sold I'll continue to buy them - several dozen at a time.

I used these picks for 4-5 years, and I don't know why I waited so long to switch. They look nice, and if you're playing acoustic they may suit you fine. But if you play electric, even on medium and hard thicknesses, they will inevitably crack and split. Also say goodbye to any hopes of pickslides...these picks disintegrate on contact. Also, with the slick finish you'll completely lose grip if you're playing live with a sweaty palm. I switched to dunlops and wish someone had recommended them to me sooner.

Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
These Fender picks are all I use. Not all picks are the same in transferring the sound of your guitar and strings through to your audience. These picks have a great feel and I particularly like the colors you can get. I get the red, white and blue motto picks.
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
Not my kind of product... I want quality not fancy appearance.
Been using Fender medium 351 picks for 30 years and really love them, but I have noticed that in the 12 pack a few of the picks were no good. They had a nasty little notch in the edge of them, near the tip. It's very probable it would catch on the strings and break one, so naturally I had to throw a couple of them in the trash. I've never noticed this with the standard models so I suspect that in exchange for the fancy appearance, which appears to be created by imbedding some mixture of different pieces of plastic, you are actually sacrificing quality. From now on I plan to get the standard models, not the delux fancy ones... but if you are willing to inspect the picks carefully and toss a few in the trash, then the delux model will be OK... at least until you wear into the pick a bit and hit one of the odd pieces of plastic they are made out of.
OK if you watch them like a hawk... but not trustworthy otherwise.
Same price as the standard ones, so if you want fancy colors instead of performance, this is a good choice.

I have read a lot of reviews about these picks. Some say that they are bad and some GREAT! Don't let the bad ones fool you. These are great picks!. Ya, they can slip out of your hand, but if you are good at playing guitar, they shouldn't. I have had Heavy ones for about 6 months now and haven't broken one. Don't let people fool you, these are the best of the best.

Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
What can one say other than Fender picks are the industry standard. Fender picks – and their predecessors – have been on my training table and in my hands, pockets, guitar cases, gig bags and pick holders since Fido was a pup. Surprisingly (or perhaps not), these celluloid babies hold up better than many of the other types with which I have experimented. And at the price Musician's Friend sells them, they are cheaper than they were when I got my first guitar (that would be back somewhere around the time Les Paul first shocked the music world – and himself – with the electrifying electric guitar known as The Log).
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I find these picks to be very good. Do not listen to the bad reviews. If you break these picks you are strumming too hard. Speed does not mean "strum harder". All in all, good picks. What I usually buy and play with.
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I got these picks on my birthday and they seem high quality. None have broken so far, but then again I've never broken a pick.(Plus they're shiny!)
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
some of the best picks ive ever used. i use the heavy ones of just bout every color and never broke one they r rock solid.
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I've been using these picks for over 20 yrs, occasionally trying other brands, but always coming back. Like most things, it's subjective - what works for one person is wrong for another. And that's fine. It's also a matter of what you're used to. But for me, these are perfect. I don't know how people are breaking these - I haven't broken a single pick my entire life, despite playing every type of music. Sure they wear down after a while, but that's expected.
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I had been looking for some good picks, and did some research and found these. I bought a pack of the blue mediums and red heavies. First off they look pretty cool, which is a nice touch. I like the way the mediums feel on my electric, but the heavies are too thick. The heavies sound good on my acoustic though. Great picks functionally and cosmetically.
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I play metal, deep, heavy & dark metal, won't deny it in anyway. So if your like me, and have strings that are a little thick you want these in HEAVY!!! The mediums wear out pretty quick, even in light gauge strings. These picks look great and feel so comfortable it's amazing.I love dunlop nylons for the grip and the punishment they can take, but I must say,I MISS THESE!!! lol. My favorite are the red, blue,&ocean picks, again, ALL IN HEAVY! I recommend these to all my friends who ask me, so buy 'em in heavy regardless of what you play or what size strings you use. you won't regret this buy, trust a shred hed!
Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
My mom bought me a couple of packs of these when I started playing guitar. Since then, I have tried many kinds of picks with grips, different sizes, shapes and widths, but not one has fit my needs better than a Medium 351. They bend when I need them to, but not too much for when I want to sculpt my sound. All around an excellent pick. :P

Comments about Fender 351 Premium Celluloid Guitar Picks (12-Pack) Medium:
I have used plenty of different picks and I keep coming back to Fender. They are well made and seem to last forever. I have never worn one out; I loose it first! I also am very fond of the different colors offered. Fender "heavy" picks are my favorite!
