I have only been playing for a year and this was my second set of pedals to buy. My first was a crappy pearl but these pedals were a huge step up. These are great pedals for an intermediate drummer.
Well I've had this pedal for a little less than two years now, and I'm just about to get rid of it. Since day one, I've had problems with this pedal. All the lugs have been stripped and the whole thing doesn't even stay together. It has even fallen apart during several gigs, where I had to resort playing everything with my left leg. This pedal has no rebound, and it is impossible to play fast tempos with controlled dynamics. Overall, it is ok for the price, if you're willing to learn how to become an expert pedal-repairman. I'm saving up for a DW 9000 now.
Ive been drumming for 2 years. It has great response time and it fits great on most drum sets/
