Comments about Randall PPS2 Universal Pedal Board Power Supply:

If you are using a daisy chained wall wart this is the product to purchase. I own power supplies from Pedaltrain and MXR and can attest there is no drop in quality or performance with the PPS2. It has 8 isolated (four 9 volt 100mA, two 9 volt 250mA and two 12 volt 500mA) outputs and fits easily under most pedal boards or is small enough to mount on the top of a pedal board. The is nothing that compares with the PPS2 at the sale price.

Comments about Randall PPS2 Universal Pedal Board Power Supply:

I was reluctant to purchase this power supply as there is virtually no user feedback online. The specs seemed good - and honestly it seemed too good to be true at the clearance price. I've got a few boards set up - 2 for guitar, one for bass. I play in a few bands but I'm a weekend warrior gigger at best. I run the bass board with a Voodoo Labs 2+ and I've never had any problems. The guitar boards have cheaper power supplies (Joyo) which had performed well for a couple years but now both feed the pedals with this pulsing hum that's unacceptable and probably isn't good for them. So I bought 2 of the Randalls and thus far I'm quite pleased. They are super small (half the size of my Voodoo 2+) and I've got both mounted on the underside of my Pedaltrain with room for more. So far super quiet and no issues - i can't yet speak to longevity or durability but they are built like a tank. Although these are not issues for me there are a couple things to be aware of - 1. Connector cords are thicker and sturdier than all my others but they seem a bit shorter so could be an issue if you have a huge board, and 2. The cord that powers the unit is a two piece cord with box at junction - the cord itself is more than twice as long as the Voodoo Labs but it does have the junction box and is the only aspect of the unit that isn't built "sturdier" than the nice Voodoo Labs power cord. Overall my feelings about these units is best summarized by the fact that I'm planning to buy 2 more while they're at this ridiculous price.

Comments about Randall PPS2 Universal Pedal Board Power Supply:

The PPS2 does not have a lot of reviews, so I was a little worried. But this is Randall Amps! The thing is built like a tank and delivers the power I need for my guitar pedals, with NO added noise. Note it comes with all the cables you'll need to use the multiple outputs. I am very happy with this purchase.

Comments about Randall PPS2 Universal Pedal Board Power Supply:

Able to power both 12v and 9v pedals with clean, noise-less power; at under hundred Washingtons, you can not go wrong. Comes with everything you need to leave the batteries behind for 8 pedals. Great value for a solidly built, reliable and flexible power supply.
