Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
This case is just as the title specifies. Good for the weekend musician traveling to local gigs. I would NOT recommend traveling with this case. It's evident that it was built for occasional safe transportation of your electric guitar. The fitting of the guitar inside the case is so so, its pretty general though, and my telecaster slides around alot in it. The inner lining is average. Not over protective, not under, just average I guess.I use it to go to band practice twice a week and gigs on weekends and so far it hasn't let me down, but for $80, I would try to find a used one elsewhere. To me, that would be a better value.
Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
I bought this because it was the only alternative to Fender's cases that fit the bill for my Fender Jaguar. If you own an offset or any standard strat type guitar and don't have the cash to throw down on an overpriced box wrapped in tweed, this could be your savior!
Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
If you're not doing any travelling or touring, and just transporting this case from home to the occasional gig and rehearsal, it will probably hold up okay, but overall, I'm unimpressed with the quality for the price.
Good size case for most standard electric guitar shapes. There is a generously-sized compartment that can hold straps and cables.
The top doesn't align very well with the case, which requires some finagling to close and latch it. The case is built from (I believe) 1/8" thick luan, so it cannot support any significant weight on top of it, unlike molded cases, and wooden cases built from thicker ply.
For the price, I'd opt for something different.

Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
The JM guitar fits in this case. Much less expensive than fender cases. Has neck strap and covered storage compartment. Light weight, probably not for extensive travel.
Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
The top of the case is very flimsy. The velcro strap that holds the guitar in place was too long and had to be trimmed. Also, the cut-out where the neck sits is way too wide for any guitar, allowing my axe to slide around a bit. Overall this is a decent case, despite its shortcomings.
Comments about Road Runner Electric Guitar Wood Case:
I just pick this up for my Jagmaster. The description says it is a wood case. If it is the wood is very thin. I bought it because it was the only case I could find that my guitar would fit. It should work for going to a friends to jam or to travel to your lesson but if you gig regularly it will not offer the protection needed.
