Great drink holder! As a singer/rhythm guitarist, I was having trouble getting to my drink as needed when my drinks were on the floor. Not only that, having to worry if they were going to get knocked over; which happened a couple of times. This drink holder can hold pint glasses, bottles, cans, etc. The only draw back is if the glass has a handle. It easily fits on my mic stand. It never slips or falls. I place it right above where the stand tightens for extra stability.

This works great. It hasn't slipped yet ( and I like big cups full of iced beverages). It does need to be on the smaller piece of mic stand tubing but I'm going to experiment with a pair of vice grips and I'm confident a slight adjustment will allow the SwirlyGig to fit on slightly larger pipe as well. It holds fairly standard, small-ish sized containers so if Super Mega-Huge Big Gulp cups are your fave, you might have to scale it back a bit. Other than that, you're good to go.
