Comments about Trick Drums V6 Drive Shaft for DW Pedals:

This driveshaft will bring your pedal back to where it should be and better. Hook it up and see, there is no slack in your left pedal, more speed, more control. Helped my dw 5000 pedals out greatly! Great product!

Comments about Trick Drums V6 Drive Shaft for DW Pedals:

I've spent many years focusing heavily on foot technique. Having DW pedals, for a while I would buy replacement links for the pedals every 4 to 6 months. At one point, when the Pearl Demon drive came out, a buddy of mine let me borrow his z-link and it was a phenomenal change. I used it for as long as I could but he eventually took it back. Switching back to the original DW link was such a deterrent, i focused on hi-hat work for a while. Fed up I decided I would buy a z-link. In searching, I found this Trick link. (Also read on some forum Pearl pays Trick who owns the patent for the design) This link is more durable than the Pearl Z-link and blows the original DW link out of the water. There is no lag, it improves consistency of sound between both feet, helps endurance because your left leg doesn't have to work harder than your right, helps dynamics- You know just all around, very happy with the purchase. I wish I would have found it earlier.

Comments about Trick Drums V6 Drive Shaft for DW Pedals:

Great product, really happy with it. The only bad thing was hat I received the older model which resembles my DW drive shaft just 10 times bigger and stronger instead of the newer model shown in the picture. Overall very happy with it. I can already feel the difference especially in the left pedal, has a lot more feel to it just like the main pedal. Personally it should cost below hundred bones, just saying.
