Boutique-style 120W 3-channel tube combo with reverb.

The Bugera 333-212 3-channel tube guitar combo amp is a cutting edge, modern style amp that can hold its own in any situation. Featuring three fully independent channels for three fully independent gain structures and tone stacks. The Clean channel is great for jazz, country, blues and as a fat clean power base for players using external boxes for their OD and distortion.

The Crunch channel can work as a "halfway dirty" sound for rock and blues if you crank the volume and use the gain as your volume. It shines as the heavy rhythm channel for a metal rig if you crank the gain. The Lead channel has the same structure as the crunch channel but with access to more gain.

Each of these channels has its own volume feeding the overall master volume so you have total control over the level of each. The boost option of the FX Loop allows you to set each channel at the same volume and then boost or cut the volume of the entire amp no matter what channel is selected.

  • Hand-built 120W combo driven by 4 - 6L6 tubes (convertible to EL34 tubes)
  • 2 original heavy-duty 12" Bugera speakers for vintage tone
  • Classic 3-channel preamp design (Clean, Crunch, Lead)
  • Integrated high-class reverb with dedicated Reverb control
  • Independent Equalizer sections for each channel with dedicated Reverb control
  • Independent Equalizer sections for each channel with dedicated Bass, Mid and Treble control
  • Damping switch (High, Medium, Low) for total sound control
  • Impedance switch
  • FX Loop with Send and Return level controls
  • Heavy-duty footswitch for Channel selection and FX Loop/Boost function
  • Line output with dedicated Level control

Call or click for unllimited tone shaping and big scooped out metal tones.

Comments about Bugera 333 120W 2x12 3-Channel Tube Guitar Combo Amp with Reverb:

After looking for a good value in the 2x12 area, I kept coming by the Bugera 333 212. I looked at the Marshall MA100c, Peavey JSX and 5150 212, and Blackstar Stage HT-60, I found that for the price that the Bugera was the best value.

The Bugera was at an affordable price for an all tube amp that says that can get 120 watts out of. I was reluctant though for the fact that I did own a Behringer V120 at one point and was not happy with it all, so with Behringer and Bugera working together I thought that it would basically be close to the same. Well I was wrong, Behringer is just helping distribute Bugera as they are there own company. So after researching as much I can on Youtube and in stores, I decided to take a chance on this amp after I had to make a return/exchange for a Blackstar HT-60 Soloist (1x12). Was impressed with what I saw in the videos so I took a chance this time. Was not disappointed!

The 333 212 has 3 independent channels each with there own eq. Thats a lot more available than on the amps I was considering before this one. CLEAN: The clean channel was just that, clean. Maybe a little bit of break up the louder it got, but not much, still very clean. Great channel with use of pedals, especially distortion as I used a MXR Fullbore Metal and an Akai Deluxe Distortion. Took the pedals very well with great power.
CRUNCH: This channel is where I would play my classic rock/metal like AC/DC for example. This channel performed this sound very well for me and even when the gain is cranked you still get that classic overdrive/70's distortion. EQ works great on there.
LEAD: The lead channel is the metal channel in my opinion. Can get real nasty in there, in my opinion if this was a metal channel like it sounds like, why put the mids in there, just leave it out. Anyways it does real well for those that want a metal channel/sound and don't have a pedal yet. Can get the scooped sound well.

Boost/FX: There is a sort of 3rd channel and that is the FX loop channel. You can use this for your effects or as I use it as a boost to the other three channels or even a volume control as well.

All in all you get a loud, 120 watt tube amp with 4 channels at a price that is half of the rival 2x12 tube amps. I suggest checking it out on Youtube first or in a guitar shop and see if you like the sound.
