Overview
Convenient solid-state preamp packs big tone into a small package.
Combining the most important features of the Subway D800 preamp with small size and convenient connectivity, the Mesa Boogie Subway Bass DI creates a conveniently compact "grab and go" Bass solution. Switchable input settings include Passive and Active to accommodate both types of pickups, while classic shelving-type Tone controls handle Bass and Treble. These are joined by a Semi-Parametric Mid Band to enable accurate shaping and/or enhancement of the midrange with a switchable Deep mode to round out the voicing options. Great for a backup or when you need a flexible preamp solution, the Subway Bass-DI provides maximum tone in minimal size.
