The Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay BFR short-scale bass guitar is part of a highly limited run that features a lightweight ash body with a high-gloss finish. The gloss-finished figured white maple neck and fingerboard are accentuated with tortoiseshell block inlays and matching shell neck binding. Its sound is driven by a powerful neodymium humbucker, plus a 3-way rotary switch featuring parallel, true single-coil and series tones. Additional appointments to the StingRay short-scale bass include a matching painted headstock, matching tortoiseshell pickguard, chrome hardware and ergonomic, lightweight cloverleaf tuners.
