Overview
Release Date:07/19/2019;Notes:Limited red colored vinyl LP pressing. Just Like This was recorded in November and December 1976 at Bearsville Sound Studio shortly after Mick Ronson, David Bowie's right hand man in the Spiders From Mars, finished touring with Bob Dylan as his guitarist on the Rolling Thunder Revue. It was supposed to be Ronson's third solo album after Slaughter on 10th Avenue (1974) and Play Don't Worry (1975), but due to low sales RCA refused to release the record and it wasn't issued until six years after Ronson's death in 1999. Produced by Ronson and engineered by John Holbrook and Dennis Ferrente, Just Like This features Ronson (lead guitars and lead vocals), Mick Barakan (guitar and backing vocals), Jay Davis (bass and backing vocals) and Bobby Chen (drums and backing vocals). Fully remastered and available on vinyl for the first time on colored LP! Original 1998 tape restoration and mastering by Patrick Bird. 2018 remastering by Anders Peterson at Ghost Mastering & Post, Sweden.;Special Attributes:RED, COLORED VINYL
