Release from this Post-Rock/Experimental trio featuring Darren Brown (of Boy Dirt Car fame) with John Sparrow and David Gelting (both of the Danglers). Drums, guitars, electronics, bass, and no vocals. It's probably not far away from the same sonic world inhabited by Boy Dirt Car, but despite some of the electronic bleeps in the opening piece, it seems all strangely more acoustic in approach, with a strong emphasis on percussion sounds, in which we consider the piano to be a percussive instrument too. Slow music in tempo and in development. Oppressive stuff that transports the listener on a journey well beyond the horizon on a vast Psychedelic trip into the underworld. The sun sets, the night arrives and the oddly named Krampuso provides the perfect nightmare scenario for that journey. Heavy-weight slow rock improvisation.
