Ok, the presentation style is pure cheese. Useful info though. Presented in easy to follow formatt. This is the same for all 3 dvds. Could have benefited from traditional production, without all the silly darkside junk. All in all, good solid knowlege, great for brushing up or learning new.

Overall, the information conveyed in the dvd is useful, but I must say, the presentation is pretty cheesy. The book is a bit confusing at first, but once you get accustom to the layout, it?s not too hard to understand. I would recommend this instructional to any intermediate and above guitarist. As for beginners, this is not a magic bullet.

The book and DVD package is a good deal. The DVD has some cheesy moments, but overall it's still good. The application is also good in the DVD. The recording quality is pretty good compared to some other DVD's I own. I study guitar privately with a degreed instructor, and this book and DVD is right in line with what I'm working on.I would recommend this set to anyone who is interested in learning scales, modes and how to apply them.

The dvd just says exactly what the book tells you , but in less detail. It is of very low quality, is not worth the cost, and is just plain crap. The 10 is for the book because it is just what I needed.

After watching the DVD'S and going through the Materials, I believe I have picked up things and recovered things I had forgotten, I have been involved in music for over 30 years and believe, for beginner or Adept, this is The Good Stuff. Some people may be put off by the Presentation, or Imagery, but get real and learn the Stuff.
