Bought this product once and will NEVER use it again. Not only did it make my slides much harder to adjust, it started TAKING THE FINISH OFF MY HORN. This is an awful product, don't ever buy this.

Comments about Selmer Tuning Slide and Cork Grease:
My Tuba second valve tuning slide always gets stuck! And when i got it free i put some of this on there and it let the slide move freely from then on out! It worked for me like a charm! But if you apply to much it will get worse then before! Beware of putting to much! But this is over all a great tuning slide grease, I love it.
Comments about Selmer Tuning Slide and Cork Grease:
This product was put on my son's trumpet at the music store. When we got home, the slide was stuck and unable to move. It worked like glue.
Comments about Selmer Tuning Slide and Cork Grease:
Being a band director, it makes things convenient to have a multi-purpose lubricant. The stuff works equally well on horns as it does on woodwind corks. It's like HEINZ Ketchup, it takes forever to get out of the bottle. Unfortunately, the bottle fails to hold up. This happened on BOTH my bottles and it covered my desk with the icky goo! My students just come up to my desk and put out their finger to get the grease. PUT IT IN A BAG!!!!!
Comments about Selmer Tuning Slide and Cork Grease:
it's good. could be in a better bottle to get access to the grease better.
Comments about Selmer Tuning Slide and Cork Grease:
From synthetics to lanolin, I've used them all on my trumpets over 55 yrs. For lasting lubrication, smooth action on slides, ease of use and compatibility with other lubricants, this stuff tops them all. Re. the earlier reviews: Grease is Grease! This is a light lubricant that requires a bottle. Never had it break.
