A great alternative to the sound of aluminum or steel, Meinl's ABS Super-Dry Studio Tambourine has 2 rows of hand-hammered brass jingles. It will mount on any standard-sized L-arm and produces a great crash effect when struck with a stick.
This tambourine has a distinct design advantage over similar models because of its ABS frame. Unlike other tambourines, Meinl uses several different parts for the frame, which are then assembled into a sort of sandwich. This results in unsurpassed durability and sound quality.
