Premier Series Apex Mandolin

The Apex FO revives a design aesthetic inspired by Kim Breedlove and offers an excellent appointment package for Breedlove's devoted mandolin players. This Premier Series mandolin is composed of the highest-grade Sitka spruce for the top, and western bigleaf maple for the back, sides, and neck. Black binding on the body top, back and neck accentuate the curves of this FO style. The design of the F-style features a unique retro-inspired peghead as well as a pronounced scroll on the bass upper bout. The Apex is finished with a captivating red-toned full gloss finish. The radiused fingerboard (which offers great comfort) is adorned with a detailed Mosaic pin inlay and oversize frets. Gold hardware is standard on all of the models in the Premier Mandolin line. For amplification, the Apex is equipped with the K&K Twin Internal electronics system.
