2012 Winter Limited Edition C25 Acoustic-Electric Guitar with L.R. Baggs Anthem SL Pickup

The 2012 Winter Limited Edition C25 Acoustic-Electric Guitar with L.R. Baggs Anthem SL Pickup is an original Breedlove concert body guitar with soft cutaway. Built with a Sitka Spruce top and solid koa back and sides, this guitar produces textured tones with a clear treble resonance that are given extra life via the L.R. Baggs Anthem SL pickup system. The guitar's woods are highlighted by a gloss tea burst finish and accentuated with a tortoise binding. The neck features a Hawaiian Fishhook design cut out of green abalone and positioned at the 12th fret. The koa motif is reflected in the koa peghead overlay with a Paua Breedlove ˜B.™ Ten guitars will be built in January, February and March.

For acoustic guitarists who prefer a minimalist approach to controls, L.R. Baggs offers the Anthem SL acoustic microphone and preamp system. In the SL, the balance between the Tru-Mic and Element pickup is preset for optimum performance so you can have the same great fidelity in an endpin preamp format. The preamp, with L.R. Baggs famous all-discrete studio quality circuitry, is also equipped with a soundhole mounted volume control.

The mic is mounted to the bridge plate inside of the guitar to capture the majority of your guitar's true voice in a way that only a microphone is capable of”plus it is amazingly feedback resistant. The Element undersaddle pickup carries only the lowest frequencies for punch and authority.
