The Fender CD-220SCE features exotic and beautiful laminated burl ash back and sides, topped off with a solid spruce top. The acoustic-electric guitar also features a Fender-designed dreadnought body, X-bracing, and die-cast tuners. The cutaway body design provides comfort when accessing the upper-register frets. The rosewood bridge features a compensated bone nut, so your acoustic-electric guitar stays in precise tuning from song to song, and sounds great doing so.

The Presys Onboard Preamp System offers maximum control, performance, and quality in a small, unobtrusive format. The Fender guitar's compact sophisticated Presys system features Volume, Bass, Mid, and Treble controls, a Phase switch, and a built-in tuner with LED display. Presys preamps also include a pre-wired Fishman Sonicore pickup for solder-free, plug-and-play installation; a low- battery indicator; low-profile control knobs; and a unique pivot design for easy access to the battery compartment.
