As one of the boldest guitar designs ever, the lightning-bolt shaped Explorer has looked ahead of its time since its debut in 1958. Originals have been championed by rock legends and coveted by collectors, and are currently the most valuable vintage guitars money can buy. This Custom Shop 1958 Explorer tribute features solid mahogany construction with a walnut finish, a handsome departure from the original White Limba models. The tone, feel and vintage vibe of the original remain in this Custom Shop masterpiece.
