Decked out to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of today’s guitarists, this instrument sports two high-output Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups—a crisp, clear JB bridge pickup and a rich, fat ’59 neck pickup for robust tone with highly dynamic articulation and harmonic balance. The volume control conceals a push/pull coil split to have even more tonal variations on tap while the No-Load tone control operates like a standard tone control from positions one through nine, removing itself from the circuit at position ten for transparent sound, letting the full natural voice of the guitar shine through.
Play with confidence in the guitar’s tuning stability and intonation, thanks to the secure six-saddle hardtail bridge. The two-piece maple neck hosts 22 jumbo frets along with a pair of graphite reinforcement rods to resist bending and warping under environmental stresses. The speed neck profile and 12”-16” compound radius fingerboard are designed for warp speed playing, unhindered positional shifts and mile-wide upper register bends without fretting out.
As curvaceous as a high performance hot rod, Charvel’s San Dimas guitars are widely acclaimed for their sleek, bold style. A black hardware package, including a Charvel four-bolt neck plate, branded die-cast tuning machines and vintage-style flat string tree are matched to bodacious finishes inspired by the So Cal lifestyle. Designed to match high-octane sound with unparalleled performance, the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT is decked out and rarin’ to rip it up in the studio and on the stage.

Comments about Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT Electric Guitar:
I got the Snow White hardtail and I am very impressed with what the MIM plant has done with this model. I have owned several USA Charvels and this one is by far the best right out of the box. I mean concerning build quality, fret finishing, neck feel and shape. And it comes with very nice REAL Duncans, the coils split on the neck pulls off a very convincing Neck Strat Tone.
The guitar looks at first glance to be a stripped down Rock & Roll machine, and it is, but it is surprisingly versatile the way it is wired up and the ability to split the coils,
The Fretwork on the one I just received is every bit as good as my American Standard Strat. The neck has smooth rolled edges and feels fantastic to play.
A very nice choice for someone looking for a double humbucker guitar but prefers the Fender feel and comfort.
Also a great guitar for dropped or alternate tunings due to the Hardtail Bridge.
Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to include a hardshell case or at least a nice padded gig bag. Especially at the asking price, it should come with one in my opinion.
Great workhorse of a guitar that is a blast to play!

I got this a day ago and it's a wet dream come true! I wouldn't change much at all except the white pickups should be black but hey....if that's all I can gripe about then this thing is a real winner!

Comments about Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT Electric Guitar:
I bought this guitar in white and had it for a short time. I ultimately decided it wasn't for me strictly because it doesn't have much of a low end (I am used to my Les Paul). Obviously this is no les Paul and should't be compared to one. That being said This guitar was amazing. Fit and finish was absolutely perfect out of the box. Alomost perfectly intonated and good action. I can't believe the quality that Mexico is putting out on these charvels. It is seriously on par with any American made guitar I've ever played. The Jb and 59 pickups are great with super raunchy mids and a tight bottom end but they are very very trebly in this particular model with the alder body and maple neck and board. Not a big deal just adjust your amp accordingly. It also means the Jb absolutely screams in this guitar. The neck is basically a fender standard c shape neck with an oil rubbed finish. It is very comfortable but don't expect a jackson style speed neck because it isn't. It does have rolled edges and very very nicely dressed frets. All in all I wish I could have kept this beauty but I shouldn't have purchased an 80s style super strat expecting brutal modern metal mahagony tones. Totally my fault. If you want a guitar that can do anything but modern brutal metal, this is the perfect guitar.

Comments about Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT Electric Guitar:
This guitar is phenomenal. I got it in white and it looks incredible. Never been a fan of maple fretboards as opposed to rosewood but on this model it looks great. Simple beast, great pickups, easy pickup switch, locking tuners, couldn't ask for a better guitar. The bridge is super comfortable and the Duncan pickups can handle literally any style of music you can throw at them. I've used it for cleans, punk rock, drop C metal songs, this combination is by far the best sounding passive pickup combo I've heard since I started playing. Holds tune really well too. Bottom line: it's a bit pricey, but you get an incredible instrument for the money. The only thing I might change if I could would be that it's a bolt-on, and a neck-thru would be more comfortable at the higher frets, especially at this price point. But it isn't uncomfortable either, I don't feel like I'm fighting with the heel at any point. Just a preference.

Comments about Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT Electric Guitar:
I really like this guitar. I got the Blueburst one...Great feel, solid electronics and nice neck...The Seymour pickups are average...Don't have the sustain or clarity I need... I am changing them out...Go with DiMarzio or Lace senor pickups...I, myself putting in Lace sensor pickups in. In the bridge pickup I will use Red/Silver dually and in the neck position, Gold/Gold dually...(note, I don't use the Hot Gold lace duallys)...The original Gold/Gold lace are better.... This guitar is real nice, looks beautiful and you will just want to play....Let's rock...
