Overview

Designed for serious players. Crafted in Japan.

The ESP E-II Eclipse electric guitar struts versatile tone and stellar playability. Built in Japan by ESP's expert luthiers, it sports a stunning double-cutaway body with a figured maple top over mahogany for resonant sustain. Its thin U-shaped mahogany neck has a fast feel, aided by the extra jumbo frets, making it a breeze to rip through leads. The E-II Eclipse pleases the eyes as much as the ears with its elegant appointments like the matching painted headstock, multi-ply body and neck binding.

Dial In Your Tone With EMG 57TW/66TW Pickups and Coil-Splitting

This exceptional guitar comes loaded with a set of EMG 57TW/66TW pickups, providing exceptional clarity and note separation. The 57TW bridge pickup yields focused lows and crisp highs, while the 66TW neck pickup warms up the mids beautifully. Each pickup has an individual push-pull control to coil split them, adding versatility. Split the 57TW to mellow the attack for cleaner passages or split the 66TW to add shimmer to your leads. The dedicated master tone knob helps shape your EQ.

Tuning Stability With Premium Grover Locking Tuners and TonePros Bridge

The E-II Eclipse uses top-shelf components to keep you in tune, even during heavy use. It has a TonePros tune-o-matic bridge to transfer string vibrations efficiently along with a stopbar tailpiece for rock-solid anchoring. Combined with the Grover locking tuners, tuning fluctuations are minimized so you can focus on your performance. The bone nut enhances sustain and harmonics too.

Built for Speed With a Thin U Neck and Jumbo Stainless Steel Frets

Shredders will love this guitar's thin-U profile neck that makes it effortless to quickly move around the 22 extra jumbo frets. The neck is carved from mahogany for a smooth feel. Paired with the 12" fingerboard radius, it's set up for low action and very fast lead playing across the whole fingerboard. The jumbo stainless steel frets are built to last through heavy use.

Premium Looks and Feel

Visually, the E-II Eclipse dresses to impress with its elegant appointments. The body binding, neck binding and headstock are all painted to match. It comes in a few different high-gloss finish options to suit your style, from classic black to bold transparent blue. The comfortable body contours and forearm carve keep you playing in comfort. It also comes with an ESP hardshell case for protection.
