Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

I was pretty impressed with how great this guitar is for the money. This is THE best guitar to get a younger player because it sounds good and Squier Mini Strats are known for being consistently good quality. This is not an exotic woods guitar but it does have 5 way switches, nice tone control and volume and 3 pickups. These aren't Alnico Magnets but they do sound a lot better than the ones on my first cheap guitar.

I bought this planning to give it as a gift and ended up having to buy another one because I loved the one I got so much. It's my new living room guitar and it just feels perfect sitting on my lap. I play mine through a Blackstar Fly 3 mini amp and it really, really, sounds fantastic.

If you need a small inexpensive amp that wont get too loud but still sound musical in a way that inspires your new guitar learner get the fly 3. If you want a 3/4 size electric guitar that is known for consistently good quality get the Squier Mini Strat.

I love the look of a white body and a maple neck.

Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

plays and sounds real good after MINOR adjustments to the pups... I didn't need to adjust action nor intonation. i also used 0000 steel wool on the neck to smooth it out some.

Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

I'm a really small guy. This guitar fits me perfectly, I can play for a long without it hurting my shoulders or tiring my back because it's so light.

I cannot believe how good this guitar plays and sounds. It's better than any full size I've ever played, and that includes a gibson sg.

Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

I was skeptical about buying this mini-strat but totally blown away by the quality. After some adjustments to my liking this thing is cool. I have 3 American strats and this thing is irresistible. Keep going to it. It kicks butt.. Tuned down a half step with light boomers strings it is really a dream to play.. This guitar is not a toy.. It's just scaled down. Fun Fun Fun!

Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

This is a very nice small guitar. Got it for a 7-year old to start learning on, but I picked it up and didn't want to put it down. It was nice and easy to handle and played well. Run it through an amp with effects and you will be surprised at how good it sounds and handles.

Comments about Squier Mini Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Electric Guitar:

I purchased this for my grandsons, ages 8 and 11. I'm hoping they might enjoy guitar as much as I have for over half a century. The guitar was playable right out of the shipping carton (after tuning). Looks great, plays well, and should be the right size for their smaller hands. Now if I can just get them off the iPads long enough to learn to play!
