Overview
A one-off 8-string dreadnought baritone with premium tonewoods and quality electronics.
It's not often you get an opportunity to grab a one-of-a-kind model from one of the leaders of the guitar-making industry, but today is your lucky day. The Custom-DN-9252 acoustic-electric is a one-off custom-built 8-string baritone dreadnought purchased straight from the Taylor booth at NAMM 2016. This sweet-looking special model is constructed from AA Indian rosewood topped with premium Adirondack spruce. Its mahogany neck has a standard carve and is topped by an ebony fingerboard with a progressive diamonds mother-of-pearl inlay while the Indian rosewood peg head has the Taylor logo also inlaid with mother-of-pearl. Other appointments include ebony binding, fiber purfling, Gotoh Mini antique gold 8-string tuners, a bone nut, and an abalone single-ring rosette with bound sound hole. Finishing off this impressive package is Taylor's exceptional Expression System 2 electronics.
Comes with a hardshell case.
