Comments about KNA VV-1 Detachable Passive Piezo Pickup for Violin and Viola:

When I first got this thing I was sort of disappointed at how quiet it was, but once you get it at a right level it's really great. I'm not at all disappointed about the quality of sound, I sort of thought a pickup would be odd with violin tone but it's pretty good. After using it about 10 times the 1/4" insert wouldn't keep the chord in, it would just fall out. This was incredibly frustrating as this was the first gig I did with the new pick that this occurred. It's not a bad pick up but if this is a normal thing then I'd say save up some more money and buy something better.
