Comments about Audio-Technica ATH-PRO5MK2 Stereo DJ Headphones:
There are some unpleasant frequencies embellished by the monitors, but they do a decent job. They have the advantage of being loud as hell when youre playing a DJ gig, but the sound quality isn't really accurate enough for use as studio monitor headphones.
The problem is, they don't do a super good job as DJ headphones either because they don't really sit right on your head, and don't lend themselves to being quickly put on and taken off.
Not great as DJ headphones, mediocre as studio headphones... I'd say just save your money and get something nicer. Get a dedicated pair of DJ headphones and a dedicated pair of studio headphones if you need.
