The Shure WH20QTR Headset Mic is a rugged, lightweight, dynamic headset microphone that provides high-quality voice pickup. The Shure WH20 has a cardioid (unidirectional) pickup pattern. It does pretty sound good, although it did chop-out on high ends, and I did use it in several performances. I am greatly disappointed in how it fits around your ears. If you wear glasses, (like myself), it is awful! It gets tangled up with your glasses. It's not a good choice for that. I waisted my money on it because no one mentioned this in any reviews, so it's going to the junk box. I'm looking for something that doesn't conflict with my glasses.

I found it to be easy to use. Nice, light-weight and adjustable. I was accustomed to it by the second time I used it. I only wish the cable was longer and that you'd have the option of having the mic boom on either side.

The Level 2 Condition Shure headset I received was in "near new" condition (came with two new foam mic-shields and an solid alligator clip to pin the looped wire to a shirt.
The sound is clear. Once custom-fitted, it is easy to wear. As a singing drummer, I no longer have to stop moving to sing. Best thing: it's a Shure! I expect to get a lot of use out of it.

Just didn't work for me. Sound was tinny and I couldn't get the volume I needed. I would have to crank my system to the max to get a fairly decent level. I actually bought another one thinking this one was defective. The second mic performed about the same way.
