The Gold Foil pickups will take the appearance of your pickguard to the next level, while giving you the vintage tone that you expect. They're some of the best looking and sounding single coils that 920d Custom offers. They offer increased output, sparkling highs, tight bass, and smooth warm tone, while retaining your favorite vintage pickup characteristics.

920d Custom uses Alnico V magnets and overwind their pickups to provide some extra kic k. Extra touches of quality include bobbins made of fiber rather than plastic, wrapped windings, and a cloth-wrapped, instead of vinyl, output lead wire. The metal covers on their Gold Foils make them slightly warmer than their famous Texas Vintages.
