First I played a ton of guitars and found something that I liked. I bought it, then brought it home. Then I plugged it in. As a result I took it back- the pickup system in that gorgeous $3000.00 guitar did not output the sound of a $3000.00 guitar. My cheep old vintage sounded just as good when plugged in. I took it back. My search began again. This time I bought a hand made acoustic that sounded and played amazing and then listened to as many pickup systems that I could. I ended up with this one and had it installed. It accurately captures the detail, warmth and wood of my guitar. I really didn't think that I could find something that sounds this good. Absolutely no Quack.
If you are a bit like me, I am not always satisfied with the middle priced acoustic/electrics. Not because of the instrument's tone without electrifying(I've bought $300 acoustics that sound tonality wise like a $12-1500 acoustic). Usually the "shallowness" comes in the guise of the acoustic-electronics. If you really want a world class, no hassle instant tone mod, try this pickup. It is sweet and yet subtle. Reproduces fingering nuances faithfully, and battery last a whopping 750 hours! Get it today and turn your ordinary acoustic into an extraordinary performer!
