Restrung old Stagestar with Black Diamond Light Gauge Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings.

Tuned up with very little retuning required.
Put these on old Ibanez I got for $40. Beautiful tone and sustain.
Good quality and value.

These strings are just as good as any others in the same category. I can't say that they are better, but equal is a better term to use. Tone is good and bright. The only possible negative is wound strings tend to not be as bright or lose brightness over time, but I haven't found many string companies that don't.
