The ASX expansion card ships with 3 state-of-the-art plug-ins: the wild Minimax, the inspiring LightWave, and the charismatic B4000 organ. I just purchased a CME VX7 keyboard and the ASX Plugiator by "Use Audio". It installed with no complications in a few minutes. I installed the Plugin Manager software and it fired right up. The sound is wonderful and for he price, it's an amazing DSP based synthesizer (I did run into a ground loop problem which I fixed with an isolation transformer between the ASX output and mixer). The four supplied "plugins" are incredibly versatile and full featured. The minimax and B4000 are great emulations of the originals. Comparing the Minimax to my Moog Voyager was very satisfying. While there is still something special about a real analog oscillator, the Plugiator's Minimax has the nice advantage of 10 note polyphony.If you have a CME UF or VX keyboard, get this module. If not, get the table top version. Great performance for the dollar.
