Some active bass players that work the stage during performance prefer to use the instrument cable to connect pedal boards to amps while on stage and connecting it to their bass for studio recording sessions because of its noise-free feedback.

Comments about CoreX2 Bass Cable:

I have to say I have tried all the cables out there and love to try new stuff. This Core X bass cable is meaty my friends. My first impression was that it was built for serious use. Plugging it into my rig right away I noticed a stronger signal. The low sounds seemed much tighter and where alot cleaner than my very expensive Canare cable I was A/B'ing it to.It has very clean highs and the mids are beefy like they should be. I really was shocked I would like this cable so much you should check it out if you are serious about the low down sound. Also reading the other review I have never had a company in the music biz that wont help you out if you call em' on it...

Comments about CoreX2 Bass Cable:

Hello my name is Pennal Johnson (PJ) I'm a professional Bassist and I'm the touring with the Chicago based band called Lubriphonic. I met Ted and Kim of CoreX2 & Bullet Cables going on 3 years ago at the Namm Show and when I saw the the product and started using the product I was blown away with the perfection of Professionalism in quality, performance, look, and most of all endurance on the road and in the heat of battle on stage. we tour over 200 plus days a year all over the country playing all major and historic venues and all of the Major festivals in the U.S. And I had my Cables for 3 years and they are still ready for work.

Just made the best bass gear purchase a great cable!

By Eric Roberts

Comments about CoreX2 Bass Cable:

The sound of this cable is booming! I did not think I would notice such a big change. I have a Mark Bass rig and handmade Warwick Bass. The cable looks fine and feels good wow is it thick. I can only guess it has to be to make it sound so good. The bottom end is everything and when you hear stuff you never heard before because of a cable I am a believer.

check these out all true. These Core x2 cables sound AMAZING.
Heavy duty but flexible.

Not good for the money.

By Anonymous

Comments about CoreX2 Bass Cable:

This cord is about 3 years old with very minimal use. It is too stiff to use plugged into your guitar. I was ocassionally using it for patching from pedal board to amp. It is shorting out when plugged in. I thought heck I kept all the info required for returning it for replacement. I went to the Core X website and read the warranty info and was very surprised at what I read. This company has so many stipulations on the warranty of this cord it's a joke. I won't go into it here as you can go to the website and read it for yourself. They say lifetime warranty but that's not the case the way I read it. Save your money on this one!

Thumpin And Punchin LOVE THIS CABLE

By Grrr-Bass

from Cambridge, MA

Comments about CoreX2 Bass Cable:

Just got one of these and I love it. The sound is truly full and the clearest bass tones I have ever heard. Truly i was using crummy cables for the longest time so I thought I would take a risk and man did it pay out. What I really like about the cable is that I can hear stuff I really did not before in my set up.Ampeg, Fender Jazz, baseballs, Bass crybaby.
