This is the last thing I have done to my Epi Emperor Regent to make it a superior instrument. They lowered the voice to a nice baritone with minimal finger noise.

Good Heavy Strings

I picked up a set of thease and they sound great. They work very well for Nu-Metal especailly and sound great in drop D. I recomend thease strings to anyone looking for a deep sound.

Great for Chord Work

I used these strings for about a year or so, and they are very good. Excellent for chord simple lead guitar. The tone of these strings is what I love the most about them. It's very thick and rich. I use a MG100DFX and I noticed with these strings that clean channel is very thick a little to much bottom end. But they are really only good for dropped tuned playing B and C# is what I usually played in. If you tune them to E you will put alot of stress on the bridge.
