Open, clean sound.
The DiMarzio Multibucker Pickup is like two humbuckers in one for your electric guitar. DiMarzio's Fast Track 1 and Chopper are both humbuckers in a single coil size, and DiMarzio has packed them into one standard humbucker-sized case. You can use them separately or together, for a whole range of different sounds in one electric guitar pickup! Get a hot vintage sound with strong upper midrange and high-end bite, a very full dual single coil bell tone, or, with both sides together, a sound similar to DiMarzio's Megadrive humbucker, which is great with distortion.
Recommended for bridge or neck position. Standard four-conductor wiring and ceramic magnet. The DiMarzio Multibucker puts out 380mV.

This is the most versatile pickup EVER. It is literally not one, but TWO humbucking pickups. And if you wire it right, you can use all of the pickups together, or just the chopper, or just the cruiser. The cruiser side is just amazing. It sounds EXACTLY like a single coil pickup. All my guitars have this pickup and my Fernandes Native has 2 of them and sounds GREAT. When you roll off of the volume it still retains it's punch!!! If you love your Les Paul but you wish you could get a single coil sound as well with no hum, THIS is your pickup. If you want the meanest sounding Bridge pickup (When all coils are selected) this is it. This blows the Seymour Duncan Invader right out of the water. Do not pass go. GET IT!
I put a Dimarzio Multi-bucker in the bridge position of my Les Paul (P100 in the neck position). The guitar has been rewired with Torres 1 meg ohm volume pots, a torres midrange cut/boost pot in the neck tone position (adjusts tone for both pickups) and the bridge tone was replaced with a pan pot that allows me to vary between both coils of the multibucker so I can have either coil separate or both mixed together. That guitar is a complete tone monster now.
I love the Multibucker. It is my favorite pickup without a doubt. I have been using them for ten years now. The sound is extremely open and clean. With high gain, it is so clear and non-muddy. With a three way switch, you can select from the chopper/both/fasttrack. This is one versatile sounding pickup. Anything from full on shred your face off, to crystal clean strat tones. Love it!!
