These are bright strings so take that into consideration. Chimey and clear. Also, I noticed that they are relatively quiet when you are sliding up and down the fretboard. I'll probobly stay with John Pearse strings because they make my cheap Yamaha sound deep and bassy, which I like. But make no mistake about it. These are great strings. What they lack in bass they more than make up for in crystal clear tone.
Top notch as expected from Dunlop.
Great price on these. Quality strings for less that 5 bucks.

Simply a wonderfully surprisingly good deal on a quality product.
I give them a 9 b/c I'm not sure I'd know if there's nothing better... These are simply great strings - regardless of the great price - they project great, last long, have a big rich tone. What else can yousay? I use them on a Seagull M6 Gloss tuned down a whole step. They stay in tune fantastically, intonate well, have good tension. Now for the price part - I'd gladly pay twice as much for these. Hope no one from Dunlop reads this though as the price is simply excellent where it is! It's about time you can buy great strings at a great price!
