Great pedal

I gigged with one of these pedals regularly for about 5 years.  It has been thrown in bags, dropped,  kicked,  and abused in every way.  It just recently quit working for me and I bought another one just like it.  For the price it survived very well.  It can be seen easily on outdoor stages in the daytime and at night is very easily seen.  I like that it mutes my signal as I tune or I can push it to unplug my instrument so it doesn't pop. The readout is simple.  When it's red it's in tune. I've also played in bands that tuned down a half step and it was just as easy to use as tuning in standard. I would definitely suggest this pedal to anyone needing a good solid pedal.

First Impressions are great!!!

Features:

Simple to use and it does what Fender says it's supposed to do.  The bright LED's are definately a plus.

Quality:

Overall this seems to be a sturdy, well-built unit.  I can't say it's perfect, though, because of the plastic foot switch.  The battery compartment could be designed better, too.

Value:

Pretty good value for what I paid for it!

Overall:

I bought this pedal tuner to use at church, especially for worship practice, which usually has to stop completely when I  need to tune.  I just got it today, and brought it home, put a battery  in it, hit the switch, and nothing happened.  After some investigation I  figured out that this pedal is made to where it won't turn on unless there is a  cable plugged into the input.  Nice battery-saving feature, but the  problem is, there is NO MENTION of this in the user manual.  After I  figured that out, it was smooth sailing.  I haven't had the chance to actually use it at church yet, but I don't forsee any major problems.

Good Tuner

Features:

Nice Bright LED lights which makes it easy to see in the dark. Letters are clear.

Quality:

I have to stomp on it a couple times to get it to shut off. It takes a while to recognize the note being played, especially when drop tuning. However I use this for my bass so that may contribute to the problem.

Value:

Good tuner pedal for the money.

Overall:

If you can afford a better tuner pedal I say go for that one. This is more trouble than it's worth.

Great for Gigs

Features:

I have owned this tuner for 7 years and have used it for playing gigs ( 2 a month) for the entire time I have owned it. I have never had any issues with it and have no intentions of replacing it. It works perfectly and is still in one piece. I do not abuse my equipment but I do use it. This tuner has stood up to 7 years of gigging and still works and looks as good as the day I bought it. I highly recommend it.

Quality:

No issues

Value:

Works as good as any and priced way below

Overall:

Best buy for the money and it works.

I have been using a plug in tuner for years and it worked for me, but after I bought this inline tuner I didn't know what I'd been missing out on. This tuner is quick to display the note. You can slide up the neck on the guitar and it will catch nearly every note. You can even use it while you play and see the notes you are playing. Great tuner and great price. Very satisfied! Good job on this one fender.
