This bridge does exactly what its supposed to. The only thing I dont like about it... I cant raise my string action quite as high as I'd like. The saddles just wont go any higher. other than that its great!

Comments about Full Contact Hardware Stratocaster Tremolo Bridge:

one you get this set up properly, its smooth as silk. keeps your guitar in tune with at least 90% of tremolo work. just like any other non lockin trem, your guitar WILL go out of tune a bit if you beat the snot out of your trem. but with normal use, its awesome!

Comments about Full Contact Hardware Stratocaster Tremolo Bridge:

Have a MIM strat. Upgraded the neck to top line birdseye maple, and new EMG electronics. Was better, but nowhere near my American strats. Was about to scrap my part-caster experiment but thought the cheap mim bridge was holding it back.

The FCH bridge was plug and play, easy to install and even easier to adjust. Intonation is now spot on, original bridge didn't have the adjustmnet room to intonate correctly.

WOW. Incredible change. You can feel the vibrations in the neck acoustically, never before. Now can feel the neck's qualities and eveything now sounds incredible through all my amps.

If you're looking at making your guitar sound the best it can, make sure to include your bridge, when evaluating the options.

Well this is definate upgrade to any strat.Feels better without being to different.Tuning stability is whats it's all about here.WAY more stable.Easy to setup and install. For those of you who do not like the logo.Jeff does make these trems w/o it on.Also you can upgrade to a larger block from Floyd parts.Which I will have to do in the future. As far as sustain goes.I honestly can't discern weather it does increase sustain. The arm action is wonderfull.Love it.Try one for yourself.I'm sure you won't regret it.
Built Ford tough!Very solid and stable tremelo.
Better in every way over Fender standard bridges.Even feels more comfortable.
Not too much to shell out on an upgrade. No complaints.

Comments about Full Contact Hardware Stratocaster Tremolo Bridge:

A couple of years ago I bought a MIM Strat not even knowing Fender was building out of Country, SAD. Anyhow body and neck are fine, hardware sucked, So Ive been upgrading it. This Bridge has made a huge defference in tone, sustain and the tunability is great. It was a direct bolt-on with no mods needed. I did reuse my 6 mount screws as they were a tiny larger than those that came with my bridge and I thought it to be a smarter choice, Buy IT You,ll Like It. The Bridges tremolo action is smooth as silk also and seems not to have added any tuning issues, it looks great too. I think that about sums it up.

          Great upgrade for you Strat!!!

Comments about Full Contact Hardware Stratocaster Tremolo Bridge:

I just installed this bridge on my MIM 70?s Stratocaster and can tell you that you can feel the difference. I had some tuning problems with the stock bridge just because the saddles do not have grooves so the strings can move freely from one side to the other. Another issue I found with the stock bridge is the big gap between the saddles causing them to move very easily detuning the guitar. This bridge is very solid and compact, the saddle design is great and it comes with all the parts you might need for the installation. Now, take in mind this bridge (maybe) does not match with the holes your guitar already have so you will have to be very patience, take your time to do some work prior the installation. If you have skills you can do it by yourself, but keep in mind that you might need to drill new holes, I used some epoxy resin to fill the old ones, then drilled the new holes taking all the measurements, maybe your pick guard will need some work on the bridge side to make some room letting the new bridge pivot. If you don?t have skills don?t even try to do it or you will ruin you guitar, contact a Pro guitar tech. The set up of the guitar will take some time but once is done you will feel the difference.Definitely this bridge is a must have!!!! Real good upgrade for your Stratocaster a little bit expensive but great.
