Comments about Gator GKPE-61-TSA - 61-Key Keyboard Case with Wheels:
I use my case to transport a Nord Stage 2 Compact, which was a fairly pricey keyboard. If you spend a lot on your gear, and you need to depend on it working at the gig, it makes sense to buy the best case you can afford.
The case comes with six dunnage pads that have Velcro. This allows a lot of flexibility to firmly hold a wide variety of keyboards. The case is a little longer than other 61 note cases, and fit my new Nord Stage 2 Compact perfectly.
The case seems to be well made, and the fit an finish are great. The handles and wheels seem substantial.
I got mine on sale, so I was quite impressed with the value.

Overall this case does it's job. It's protected my pricey equipment and I feel that my equipment is safe around other gear. If the handle was to break while carrying it, the case could withstand the drop and my precious gear would be safe. Until the handles are equivalent to case structure, then this review will remain a 9 overall.
The outside of this case is built like a tank (for the most part, read quality). The inside is just as good. When transporting your prize keyboards you need the protection from outside elements and nice place to sit on the inside. This case is sized for a 61 key keyboard, but comes with adjustors that allow you change the size on the inside. So, if you have a smaller keyboard, you can section off a side for your keys and a side for your cables or another pice of equipment. The case also comes with adjustable pads that can be Velcro'd anywhere in the case. Mainly they can be used to place on the roof of the case to allow padding to the top side of your keyboard so the ride in nice and snug. I use this case for an Axiom Pro 61 and there is about 3 inches of space to one side of my keys. The adjustors helped to make the keyboard fit correctly. There is also about 6 inches of space from the keys and the side of case to where I can put my audio interface.
The case it's self is built very strong, but the handle that is used to carry the case is 100% plastic. It's not cheap plastic, but it's also not that worthy of handle. I've used the case for 2 months and handle base is already cracked. When I lift the case I can see the stress in the crack and it feels like it could give out at any moment. I don't trust it dangling over my toes and fear wearing sandless this summer! Other than, the case is great, without the handle it is still a good case.
For the price you can't get anything much better, but you might want to replace the carrying handle, . If the handles were as strong as the case I would give this a 10.
