I have owned this cable for four months so far and do not have any complaints about the product. I find myself using it when I have gigs with my bass or my guitar. I do not see me grabbing other cables when I rush out. I have played for well over 40 years and I venture to say that this is the best cable I have played with. One minor complaint is that the cable itself is a bit too stiff and I do not know the effect (long-term) on the guitar terminal/connection. Nevertheless, I intend to buy a couple extras.

Clean sounding with no ambient noise.
It's a value when the product is dependable. This cable will last a lifetime. I've had one of my GL cable for 5 years with zero down time. Not one crackle or pop. I use it all the time time too.

Been a pro musician for over 30 years. I've wanted to try these cables for a long time because legendary Nashville studio guitarist Reggie Young uses them. I finally broke down and got one. Instant clean up, instant punch, instant clarity. I just got a second to go from my pedal board to the amp, and I can say with certainty, my rig never sounded so good. Well worth the investment. A little stiff, but don't let that stop you. Awesome guitar cables. I'll be getting the pedal board kit ASAP. The customer service at Musician's Friend was great too. Stop beating your guitar for tone, plug these babies in and smile.

Cons-stiff,will not lay. Pros-had a noticeable difference (in a good way)in my tone and clarity. I play with single coil pickups and this cable is quiet! Easy self repair (if ever needed) I have had no problems with mine. This will most likely be my "forever" cable.

Let me just say "Wow." These cables are amazing. They have absolutely no noise, and the low end is amazing. If you play bass, I highly recommend them. I've had them for about 4 months, and the only problem I've had is that they often coil up, but it doesn't bother me much.

I used to use Monster cables until I got turned on to George L's. Needless to say, when I bought my first George L cable, I gave my Monster cables away, and bought 2 more in different a 15 foot and a 10 foot. The first one I bought is a 20 ft. The sound quality is simply amazing. From the amp to the the guitar cord, to the guitar, I can really tell the difference. Tone all the way thru. I very much recommend George L cable to any serious musician serious about tone....

I heard the difference in clarity & detail as soon as I plugged in. This is the best guitar cable I've used & will probably not use any other cable besides George L's from now on. The only downside is they do have a tendency to get tangled more easily than other cables but not too bad, and the tone increase I get makes up for that. The cool thing about George L's is if the ends get damaged, just cut them off & replace with new ones since they're solderless.

I've tried them all. Been using George L's for some time with both guitar & bass. Great clarity. Absolute tank-like reliability. Easy repair when necessary. .225's much preferable over the .155 if for no other reason than avoiding the kinking & tangling of the little spaghetti cables. They are an essential part of my sound. Like Am Ex, don't leave home without 'em.
