Excellent sound on my acoustic

By Rockin' DB

The sound from my Epi J-160E John Lennon acoustic-electric wasn't coming through my amp. I read where bronze strings were the culprit, and to get some nickel strings. I decided to try these, and wow! what a difference. They feel great, they have a fantastic bright sound, and the guitar sounds so much better, both unplugged and plugged-in. I can definitely hear that early Beatles sound now.

A step above the rest

Ask me a question

I use these on my Gretsch guitars as well as my 325 style Rics. They deliver a lot of punch and seem to have the good parts of both roundwounds and flatwounds in one string. You need to try these.
