My Son was always borrowing my clip on tuner even though he had several plug in tuners... He asked me to get this little Uke tuner... It not only looks great clipped on to his ukes but it works great on his banjo and guitars too... I like it as good as my old clip on and for uke and banjo I like it even better... Highly recommend this...

It's overall a good tuner. My brother's girlfriend has one and recommended it.

Great features, but questionable quality.
This tuner can be set to tune several instruments, which saves me from needing several tuners. When a string it in tune, the display turns from red to green, so it is easy to know when it is right.
The tuner arrived without the battery installed. The bracket that holds the battery is a bit flimsy, and it took me three tries to get the battery properly placed so that the tuner actually worked, The first two times, the unit was clearly receiving power from the battery because the display light was on, but the tuner wasn't functioning. This makes me wonder whether there is something loose in the wiring between the battery bracket and the unit. On the third try, the tuner actually worked. I have been using it for a couple of weeks, and it has worked fine, but I expect I will have the same difficulty when I need to replace the battery.
I have other tuners in a similar price range that have had no problems, so considering the battery/wiring issue, I can't consider this a great value.
