Make sure that you can get the job done with the short length of these cabels. I found myself needing another 1"-2" for a perfect fit on some pedals.
The cables do what they are supposed to do,"it's not rocket science" but when you fold six inches over you dont have much left to get around or between some pedals.
What you would expect for the price.
Price is right for the job they do.

Recently, I purchased this patch cable to hook-up my Carbon Copy to the rest of my chain. It worked well for a few months but one fateful day, I pulled the cable out of the jack and the tip was no where to be found. It turns out, the tip remained in the pedal, detached from the rest of the cable. Originally, I thought, "Oh, well I must have got a bad cable, I didn't abuse it or anything, it just happened." However, after reading other reviews stating identical issues, it is apparent that this is a serious design/manufacturing FLAW that can really cause a headache with guitarists. The biggest problem was pulling the stupid tip out. As it turns out, the in/out jacks used by MXR is attached to the mother board so it can't be DIY removed or replaced (easily). So this means, I had to extract the tip. After removing the motherboard so I could access the top side (required removing all the knobs and hardware, and the stomp button, and everything else), I found out that the jack holds the cable in place with three metal clips and the tip was stuck behind the last metal clip (the whole unit was encased in plastic too). So in order to remove the tip, one would have to shove the broken piece back in but that is impossible because the clips impede the progress of the jack without its conical tip. So my friend and I had to lift each clip clear out using bass strings while trying to shove in the broken end. Finally, the thing went in, I pushed really hard and luckily the tip came out with the everything else. Then I re-assembled the pedal (thank bog or god it worked perfectly) and then threw away the patch cable so it wouldn't happen to my band mates. Be advised that this cable has a serous PROBLEM with its quality.BUY AT OWN RISK

      Look elsewhere

Comments about Live Wire 1/4" Angle-1/4" Angle Patch Cable:

The very tip of the cable has popped off into one of my pedals twice. It's easy to get it out, but isn't something anybody should have to deal with. They're extremely flexible though. For the cheap, cheap price you can expect to get what you pay for here.

This cable worked great for a couple months... That is until the tip broke off in one of my pedals. It was never abused, and never saw a gig. Spend your money on something nicer.

Comments about Live Wire 1/4" Angle-1/4" Angle Patch Cable:

These bend easily and twist anywhere you need an awkward connection but they slip out of nearly every 1/4' jack I put them in. Anytime I carry my pedalboard they all come loose or if they get just get bumped they unplug. I think they are just a little shorter than most.

      I have ten

Comments about Live Wire 1/4" Angle-1/4" Angle Patch Cable:

I use these to chain all my effects, and even with several, they create almost no noise. The only possible thing that could be better about them is that they're mono as opposed to stereo, but that's not really a big issue.

Nuf said! For those of you with a million pedals and already have 100 foot cables slithering around your garage, then you might want to consider these for your pedalboard as they are shorter, bend easily(not cheaply) and have great tone. I use them to connect a crybaby to a digitech rp155 and they just rock.

They do exactly what they are supposed to. Flexible, durable, and priced well. Don't buy one. Get at least a dozen.
