As I play a somewhat larger than average super tumba drum, finding a stand that fit it wasn't an option. So I bought these little rubber feet to use until I could make my own stand. Surprise they work very well, much better than I thought they would. I will still make my own stand because I would like the drum about 3/4s of an inch higher off the floor, but these do the trick for now and stabalize the drum very well, They increase the base of the drum about an 1 7/8ths inches in all directions (there are four of them) and lift the drum about an inch. and don't apear to effect the sound adversely. They do the job.

They work ok but can get unstable when the drum moves from side to side. I have to reach down every once in a awhile and line them up.

Used on djembes and ashiko. Lets the sound out the bottom of the drum when I don't want to hold it between my legs or want to play more than one drum. Also used as spacer to hold small drums in Remo drum stand. see pic

          Good product- raises your drum

Comments about LP637 Rubber Conga Feet:

Very helpful for a child, or someone who doesn't want to hold their djembe drum the entire time while playing. The feet are made from a very hard rubber that doesn't scuff hardwood floors. Also can be used on a rug. We're using it on a small "Meinl Earth Rhythm Series Original African-Style Rope-Tuned Wood Djembe" from Musican's Friend and the rubber feet fit perfectly. The rope connecting the feet helps so you don't lose one of the rubber "feet" parts, though once you stick them on its a very nice snug fit. All-around good product, good price, and arrived/shipped quickly from Musician's Friend online.

I have a quinto and a conga as part of my drumset configuration and these work great! They keep the drums close without any heavy or bulky hardware. They're heavier and sturdier than I expected, which is great, but still small enough to pack away nicely in a gig (duffel) bag pocket.

This is another great item from MF that works just as described. I am so pleased that I saw and ordered this item. They are so much more portable than the short stands that I used to use for my congas.

              NICE

Comments about LP637 Rubber Conga Feet:

I play at home in my computer room that has a carpet floor and the carpet ruins the sound of the conga. I went to home depot and had them cut some boards in squares so that I could place them on top and that got annoying having to wrap my feet around the boards. Then I thought about stands but I dont like standing when I'm playing congas. So along came the CONGA FEET!! What a revolution! These things are great....they are made of nice strong rubber that WONT damage your conga but will hold it in place. It will lift your conga about 1" from the ground and allow it to breathe when you are playing. Now my congas sound great even on the carpet because they are elevated. I even ordered some for the congas in church that I play. They are great. I ahve about 6 pairs so far. Order these.

              Perfect drum addition

Comments about LP637 Rubber Conga Feet:

Theres not terribly much to say about this product due to the sheer simplicity. The feet are made from a very hard (yet wont scuff your nice hardwood floors) rubber. The rubber can be bent in half to slip around any type of conga or djembe that needs a little bit of elevation. I can confirm that while they are named conga feet, they will work on djembes. I ordered the Schalloch XL djembe and they work perfectly. The rope on them is a nice touch so you dont lose one, though once they conform to the drum you stick them on its a very nice snug fit and should slip off even a little. If you're looking for something to give you just enough elevation so you dont have to keep holding it up, buy these.
