Comments about Mapex Four Legged Double Brace Throne With Adjustable Back Rest:

Had tried this throne for a few minutes at a local retailer before I bought one and seemed to be great for me compared to other thrones on the market, not to mention it is just over half the price of all the other throne of its type, four legs, moto\tractor style cushion & back rest. When I finally orderd mine and put it together it seemed to push me to far foward to be comfortable with the backrest in the farthest back position. I am about 325 and barely 6 foot tall so I thought it might just be me. I let my son sit in it just to see what he thought, Hes 6 foot and only weighs 125 an he said the same exact thing. Was not going to work at all so I took the back rest of and was perfect. The only problem is I want a back rest on it. Looking at it I noticed The arm for the backret was taller than was longer so I turned it around to extend the backrest further, it made it lower but it works perfect now. I kinda wedge comfortable in the set and backrest end can literaly feel the control I have now and the seat never moves. The back has no adjustment now and took a little inginuity to convert but works and feels like nothing else out there.
Comfortable Backrest, Moto Style Thick Cushion & Four Legs.

Comments about Mapex Four Legged Double Brace Throne With Adjustable Back Rest:

This throne is great. The seat is huge, and the backrest makes it perfect. The only down side is that the backrest is kinda small and sits a little low, but when you get used to it, its a great throne. if you have the money, you should get it

Comments about Mapex Four Legged Double Brace Throne With Adjustable Back Rest:

I have used a round drum throne all my life; I have a hard time getting used to the bicycle seat; I do however like the back rest (especially at practice while I wait for the band mates to learn the song!!)It`s just not the seat for me!

Comments about Mapex Four Legged Double Brace Throne With Adjustable Back Rest:

I saw this in the "scratch/Dent" section for dirt cheap. Incredible deal on a 4 legged, dbl braced throne of this magnitude; its very sturdy, well built, adjusts in all the right ways and looks really sharp; however, im a big dude; 6 ft 3' & about 325 lbs. I was looking at a few other thrones more suited to someone my size, but wanted to try this to save almost HALF of what those others cost; im not unhappy with this purchase, because its still an incredible deal! But its simply to hard on my tail- I go numb after 45 mins to an hr. Im gonna have to go ahead and bite the bullet and get either the Pork Pie Big Boy chair or the Roc-N-Soc; this Mapex throne is a great option for medium guys (probly 280 lbs. or less) who are just looking for a sturdy well made throne for less cost. If your a BIG guy, you just cant skimp on cash if you want comfort! But, again, that isnt a reflection of this throne- its a great product, just not for the "over-sized"

Comments about Mapex Four Legged Double Brace Throne With Adjustable Back Rest:

        it's comfortable and sturdy.
the back pushes you forward on the seat. it could stand to go back a little farther.
i wish there was somewhere on the chair to put the key so it doesn't get lost.
i'm a keyboard player...it works well for me. and my drummer friends are jealous.
