Comments about Mighty Mite MM2900 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

Somewhat disappointed. First one I received had a divot on the fingerboard at the 7th fret. MF took care of that - always great service. The next one was OK, but the fret ends were more pointy than I expected or liked. Took a while to file and crown to get the feel I wanted. I'm not a jumbo fret guy so I'm fine with the size, but if you like your frets beefy, you should look elsewhere. I'm also concerned about the longevity of the frets - starting to see marks on them after only a few months of use. I have a different replacement neck on another Strat which has stainless frets, and after 25 years there's barely a dent to be seen. Otherwise, good quality. Plays well, good feel in the hand. A turn on the truss rod set it ruler-flat.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2900 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

Installed this on a beat up 92 Korean Strat. Put on some Grover tuners and Fender string guides. No issues. The finish is actually really nice. Worth the money.

Mighty Mite MM2900 Stratocaster Neck with Rosewood Fretboard

      By Kyle P.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2900 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

Perfect fit, perfect frets, truss rod works perfectly. i have large hands and the neck seemed to be a small C shape. I could wrap my whole hand around the first few frets with ease. while it has a small neck shape, it's not over bearingly small. in truth, it's a little thicker than the previous neck I had on my strat. if you have the extra money to blow, buy something you want. if you are a DIY builder or want to save some money, you aren't going to go wrong with this neck.
I purchased this neck as a replacement for a an old Squier neck that broke. i was a little nervous about purchasing it with the lack of reviews on MF but it was a state of emergency and had to be done. I was suprised with the results! The neck had an oil based finish, which I prefer. It is smooth and hasn't felt raw since i got it. The neck fit very snug in the neck pocket. No sanding was required. The 22 frets were polished to a mirror finish and were evenly clipped on the sides.
I would have probably purchased a neck from Warmoth had I not been unemployed and had to sell my bass to get the money for this neck. but you know what? I'm glad I didn't! Sure, Warmoth has more options for you to choose from, but if you need a simple strat replacement neck, you really cant beat the price. I haven't been dissapointed by the quality of the neck at all.
Like I said, for the price, you can't beat it. There are a couple things that I would probably prefer that isn't on this neck, but i can't honestly complain. I'm thankful to have my favorite guitar working again.
