A direct replacement Stratocaster guitar neck.
The Mighty Mite MM2902V Stratocaster replacement neck is constructed of maple with an maple fingerboard fitted with 22 medium frets. This guitar neck has a "V" shape for a true vintage feel and has been given an oil-based finish.
Since the 1970's Mighty Mite has manufactured custom and replacement guitar parts for luthiers, repairmen, and guitarists who can't wait to hot-rod their axe.

Mighty Mite makes pretty decent necks, licensed by Fender, they fit and work just fine on most Fender guitars with little modifications. This one has a V shaped back, and its much more pronounced than you might expect, at least a medium V, definitely not a soft V. The vintage style frets are polished pretty well, and are noticeably smaller than medium jumbo frets, but still plenty big enough to bend with. In fact, if you are getting the string to the fretboard with these, you are pressing way too hard. They are level. The fret ends are decently finished, but most people will probably want to do a little more filing on them for comfort purposes. These are probably finished to a degree between the Mexican and USA Fender models, decent enough, but nothing close to an American Deluxe series for example. The wood is excellent. This is my 2nd MM neck, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

I purchased this neck to put on my (Eddie Van Halen paint schemed) kit guitar. The neck it came with sucked so I bought a replacment. This has been a great neck so far for the past year Ive had it. The only issues are, it tends to build up crap behind the frets, but it doesnt affect the playing in my opinion. I recommend washing your hands before you play it. Great neck, BUY ONE.

Overall, the satin finish feels great, the neck is light in weight and feels well balanced with the body.
The nut needs minimal filing and it's got a satin finish. More expensive necks aren't finished and the nut need to be installed. Gave it an overall 9 because of the fret ends and fingerboard.
I love the vintage V shape and the 9.5 radius. Actually it feels more like a 12, but that's better yet. Also is finished and has the nut installed.
I would love to give this a 10, but the fret ends need filed and the finish on the fingerboard is turning black after 1 day of playing.
There is no better value to be found! This neck is at least 1/3 the price of the others out there.

My lovely girlfriend ordered this neck for my birthday. Just got it today and I love it! The neck fits to the body nice and tight with no gaps in the neck pocket. Feels just like a real 1957! It does have a very nice light oil finish on it for a smooth feel. The frets are nicely level and the fret ends are filed even with the finger board.

ok..... I got this neck last week, i had mad a strat body and had a fender neck on it then put this neck on.It fit really tight and i had to sand on the neck pocket for it to fit,I got it all together, set up and there was a crazy buzz all over the neck so i checked the frets. O man they where all out of wack! some hight some really low, if i wanted to keep this neck i would need to do a fret job on it and i dont think i should need to put in the time or pay someone to do that on a new neck. Im not really happy with it im sending it back this week.I dont know if it was just the neck i got or if there all like this i might get another one after i get my money back just to see what is going on. STICK WITH LES PAUL

I bought one of these off Ebay a few years ago to put on my used 90's strat plus. I absolutely love it! It is perfect for me since I have small hands and I'm used to the neck on my Eric Clapton signature strats. I plan to buy another one soon for my dad's old 80's HSS Squier (my next project).

this neck is great and you can see and feel the quality of the craftsmanship, but the add claims the neck is finished but it definately was not, I put a few layers of tung oil on, and it turned beautiful, there is even a few birdseye spots on the neck.
