First off, the holes in the foam are WAY to small for any mics out there. I understand this is really so that you can custom fit the holes for whatever mic you are using, but the foam is a stiff foam that doesn't really give at all. Cutting into this causes foam bits to get everywhere, which isn't a good thing for your mics. I think making the foam material out of something a bit more giving will not only offer more protection, but make it more usefull as well. Until then, I just use the foam my mics came in.
All that aside, this is an awesome little bag. It has plenty of room for cables and mics, and with the velcro inserts, it is modular. There is also a top that zips up over the mic area, and then a top that comes down and latches over that. I really like this bag!

I have been using this bag for over a year. I host Karaoke one nite a week & store my mics in this bag. The convenience is great, it holds the mics securely, lots of room for the cords & our tip jar even fits inside. Cons: Zipper tabs kept coming off, finally lost one, probably could tighten the part on the bag with a pair of pliers, but why should I have to? I've used sweat-jackets, backpacks & dufflebags for longer this & never had this problem. The seam came apart on the upper cushion (lid?) & now exposes the protective foam padding inside. The foam that holds the mics is splitting at the edges. I use this bag maybe 60x's & we always store our stuff at the bar we work at (it rarely leaves the building), so I feel it should have held up better than this. I really like the bag, just wish it wasn't falling apart.

Read some of the negative reviews but I found no complaints with this bag. The foam mic holders that some complain about are fine, all my mics fit fine and snug. There's room for all my xlr cords and my kick drum mic. The top has a compartment that has plenty of room for claves, triangle, egg shakers etc. Yes the connectors are plastic so you have to go easy on it but for a weekend guy like this me this bag is perfect. And at the price you can't beat it.

I love this bag. Purchased two, and set one up with 2 foam pieces and use that one for microphones and the other packed with cables. the mic bag is light and protects my mics and the cable is rough/tough built for 30 lbs of abuse. I love to buy more so it gives me an excuse to buy more mics and cables.

I was a little worried about ordering this bag from reading past reviews. Many say the foam is way to hard for good protection. I found the foam was just right for our mics (EV 767's). Offers a good snugg fit just like it was designed to do. It is a little bigger than I excepted it to be but that was fine too. It does have plenty of room from storing 6 mics and numerous mics cables neatly. Also it has a net pocket under the lid that is a nice added feature I was not expecting. Over all this is a good mic protection bag for traveling groups. Another good product from MF.

I am glad I bought this to replace the little "bank bags" I'd been using for our six microphones. The SM 57s and SM 58's both fit fine in the foam-padded slots. There is also a padded flap that zips tightly over the microphones to keep them tight and padded. Buy this if you need it. You won't be disappointed!
I like the carrying straps and the pocket spaces, inlcuding a large pocket under the lid I wasn't expecting.
The quality is fine for a soft-sided case.

This is a great bag for multiple microphones. It holds 6 standard size mic's It does nor allow depth for wireless Hand Held mic's. It does allow room for them to be placed horizontally. It has a separate zippered compartment for accessories. It is a great bag with a great price.
