    It is cheap the short cables are fine. Not good for anything over 3 feet.

      Watch the price when ordering. The advertised low price is for the short patch cables so just know that when ordering. However these are still the best priced braided cables on the net. I buy them for myself and my students because they are colored and we know who's who's that way. I like the flexibility and sound. The Best thing is the heat shrink connector covers. Kids will never pull the cables out correctly and I found the heat shrink cables hold up much, much better... Good job Musicians friend...

                  I bought two of these to use for my rig. One of them fell apart within a week of use! The ends that go into your instrument and the amp seem to come loose and there is no way to tighten them. Also they crackle and pop when you move around. These may seem cheap and durable but the ends just fall apart. Save your money and buy a better one.
