This stand is built like a tank.

Value:

Not sure you'd find a better amp stand under $30.

Overall:

I'd give it a "10" if it had cushioned backing on the tilt back bars--to keep your amp from getting scuffed.  Otherwise this has to be one of the better buys for musician accessories on the market today.

Raises and lowers in three positions but has no adjustment on amp angle , That would be really nice . Fairly stable and for the money was a great buy.
